Our origin story began with Chef Gabriel Rosa with his passion for culinary excellence and a desire to create unforgettable dining experiences. He started cooking with his grandmother, in rural Florida, the values of family and time together were instilled at an early age.

After being classically French trained in culinary school, and working for a number of high profile names in the industry, including fine dinging, with over a decade of experience, he has honed his craft and now wants your family, friends and even coworkers, to experience more time together and bond over something we all love DELICIOUS FOOD!
